Think about how many small social networking sites have popped up after facebook started. In the future, I see mini niche focused twitter emerging. Someone who creates a platform, which makes it easy for average people to control their own twitter, will make a killing.

Problem: Apartments sitting empty earns the owner zero dollars each month. In fact, because of utilities, taxes, and maintenance they actually loose money on empty apartments.
Problem: The typical apartment shoppers has very little negotiating power on a rental contract.

Blatter For Bloggers: a modified twitter
This idea would be a mix between Twitter, and Google reader. The idea is to take blog titles as they are posted, and stream them like twitter. Publishers could sign up for free and use a wordpress plug-in to auto grab the title and post it to this service. I will call it blatter until someone suggests a better name. Readers then come in and search through the titles which would be categorized.

Think about how far the world of coffee has come in the last 10 years. Starbucks basically rules the world selling cups of happiness to anyone for 4+ dollars. Our caffeine crazed society is frantically waiting for faster, more efficient coffee.
