I really think Donald Trump would be a much better American Idol judge than Harry Connick Jr. - Trump isn't afraid to say what he thinks and can be as outspoken as Simon Cowell.

I loved the final 5 American idol group song last night. It was moving to see Aaron Kelly got rid of however I believe the other singers were better singers so he had to go!

Really I feel that Google Buzz's release was a little too early, especially with the privacy issues. I really think that Google is going down the same path that Windows went through around the time of Windows ME. There products and releases seem to be less planned and I also feel that rushed to attempt to be a first to market, and compete with its competitors releases. The breach of privacy was was a problem that didn't require a PHD in CS to figure out, a very simple QA session would have identified such issues. Do you think Google may have received too much credit last year?

Very creative idea. How much advertising is too much though?

I remember during the gas spike a few years ago a few people were selling our their car paint space and letting companies cover their whole car with an ad and basically become a driving billboard. Anyone know how much they got paid for this? I think the idea was basically enough to cover gas, 200-300 dollars a month..

This cell phone idea is interesting though!

What about for more called or "popular" people... Should the ads stop when the phone bill reaches 0.00 or should the person be able to MAKE money? (this could cause abuse...)

Keep the ideas coming...

Yes, hotels want their vacancy to be as low as possible, but also not always completely filled weeks in advance with budget travelers because last minute travelers are less price sensitive.

And, priceline.com comes to mind with this model. A user will bid or name their own price for a particular room and hotels will have an option to accept their offer, or make a best offer to the user.
